By downloading, installing, or using Noxen (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Noxen is operated by Alperen Terzi, an individual based in Turkey ("we," "us," "our").

3.1 Subscription Plans

Noxen offers premium subscriptions ("Noxen Plus") with the following plans:

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the chosen subscription plan.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or through the App Store.

3.5 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not directly process refunds.

Important: AI interpretations are for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. They are not professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

4.1 Service Disclaimer

The AI Dream Interpretation feature uses third-party AI services: Anthropic (Claude), with OpenAI as a fallback, reached through our server. A dream is sent only after you give permission in the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. Interpretations are generated automatically and:

To prevent abuse and manage costs, AI interpretation requests may be subject to reasonable fair-use limits. We will describe any such limit in the App before it applies to you.

Noxen, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the property of Alperen Terzi. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as intended.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alperen Terzi and Noxen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
