1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Driema (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Driema is operated by Alperen Terzi, an individual based in Turkey ("we," "us," "our").
2. Description of Service
Driema is a personal dream journal application for iOS that allows users to:
- Record and organize dream entries
- Track moods and use tags
- Search through past dreams
- Receive AI-powered dream interpretations (Premium feature)
3. Driema Plus Subscription
3.1 Subscription Plans
Driema offers premium subscriptions ("Driema Plus") with the following plans:
- Monthly: $4.99 USD per month
- Yearly: $39.99 USD per year
3.2 Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the chosen subscription plan.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.4 Cancellation
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or through the App Store.
3.5 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not directly process refunds.
3.6 Premium Features
Driema Plus includes:
- Unlimited AI Dream Interpretations (subject to fair use limits)
- Future premium features as they are released
4. AI Dream Interpretation
4.1 Service Disclaimer
The AI Dream Interpretation feature uses third-party AI technology (OpenAI). Interpretations are generated automatically and:
- Should not be considered professional advice
- May contain errors or unexpected content
- Are not medically validated
- Should not replace consultation with qualified professionals
4.2 Usage Limits
To ensure fair use and manage costs, premium users may have daily limits on AI interpretation requests (currently 5 per day). These limits may change with notice.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Use automated systems to interact with the App
- Submit content that violates the rights of others
- Abuse the AI features or attempt to bypass usage limits
6. Intellectual Property
Driema, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the property of Alperen Terzi. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as intended.
Your dream entries are your own. We claim no ownership of the content you create.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
8. Disclaimers
Driema is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- AI interpretations will be accurate
- The App will meet your specific needs
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alperen Terzi and Driema shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
13. Apple-Specific Terms
If you obtained Driema from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Alperen Terzi, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them
- You comply with all Apple App Store terms when using the App
